Laurie McRobbie Serve IT Nonprofit Clinic at IU Luddy (Bloomington, Indiana). A school-run organisation where students apply technology skills to build the capacity of local nonprofits so they may better serve their own missions. Partners without a developer on call. The restaurant-floor lesson still applies: a system either survives contact with a real visitor or it doesn’t. Clinic work is where that instinct meets Bloomington (Indiana) partners.
